About
A 60-minute lunchtime chamber music recital in the Hearn Recital Room at Blackheath Hairs. It features the Blaze Ensemble, a London-based chamber ensemble, performing works by Charles Villiers Stanford, Bohuslav Martinu and a dectet by Adrian Sutton. Sutton, a British composer who lived in Blackheath, wrote 'Montana Peaks' especially for the ensemble. The programme ranges from wind and string ensemble music to chamber orchestra works, including new commissions from UK composers.
