Open Friday: Magna Carta Beyond London, led by students.
About
A special Open Friday event at the Society of Antiquaries, part of Kids in Museums Takeover Day. Visitors can explore the ground floor rooms and collections, including Tudor royal portraits. Sixth form students from a local school take over the day's arrangements, gaining workplace skills, inspired by the Magna Carta Beyond London project. Expect building tours devised and delivered by young people and short performances responding to the Society's historic collections.
