About

The annual Black History Month Gala is an evening of music, food, and culture celebrating the local community and honouring the rich history, resilience, and contributions of Black heritage. It is hosted by Queen's Park Community Council and features soulful music, powerful spoken word and storytelling, and delicious food shared among neighbours in a warm, welcoming space. It is a chance to connect with local residents and celebrate the shared culture and stories that shape the community. Registration is required, with priority given to residents of the Queen's Park, Harrow Road, and Westbourne wards.
