About

Rebecka Edlund Trio ft Laura Jurd & Ruth Goller is a live jazz concert of two sets at Vortex Jazz Club. Swedish vocalist Rebecka Edlund weaves together the sonorities of experimental jazz and Scandinavian folk music, with Laura Jurd on trumpet and Ruth Goller on bass. Edlund's music is defined by immersive storytelling, expressive improvisations, herding calls and bird whistles. The trio performs as part of Edlund's 2026 November UK tour around her upcoming debut album, Virgin Forest.
