About
The Sea Creature Puppetry Workshop is a child-only workshop for 5 to 8 year olds lasting 5 hours and 30 minutes, held in the Clore Learning Studio. Run by the Polka Theatre, it is inspired by At Sea and invites children to dive into an underwater world of wonder. Guided by expert puppetry facilitators, children craft their own sea creature puppets, from colourful jellyfish to playful mermaids, using a range of arts and crafts materials. They also explore simple puppetry techniques and develop their characters, learning how to bring them to life through movement, voice and imaginative storytelling.
