An evening of Indian classical music and ragas.

Swara Sandhya is an evening of Hindustani Shastreeya Sangeet (Indian classical music) that presents both raga and semiclassical genres. It is performed by Dr Priya Bhagwat and Anuja Pradhan, presented by Kalakar Arts UK Ltd, a musical organisation founded and led by Kirana Gharana vocalist Guru Smt. Chandra Chakraborty. The programme offers a fresh perspective on Indian classical music, exploring creative improvisation and highlighting the blend of musical styles. Both performers are students of Guru Chandra Chakraborty; Anuja Pradhan is a London-based software engineer, and Priya Bhagwat is an NHS consultant in London.
