The Occult Temple of Agape – The Magickal Worlds of Rufus White
The Viktor Wynd Museum of Curiosities, Fine Art & Natural History, Mare Street 11, E8 4RP London, Hackney
About
An exhibition of magical art at the Viktor Wynd Museum of Curiosities, Fine Art & Natural History, running from 9th September to 8th November 2026. It presents the work of Rufus White, a silversmith, craftsman and practising warlock who is the Custodian of the Museum's Gnostic Temple of Agape, known as the Agapaic Master Tzackorb. Working from an old factory in East London, White has spent decades creating sigils, talismans, enchantments and sacred objects from found and natural materials such as mummified newts, mouse bones, herbs, roots, feathers, metal and antique paper. His intricate drawings and sculptures blur the boundaries between art and ritual, and his work has rarely been exhibited publicly.
