Diwali party with DJ and open bar, 21+.

70 After Dark: Festival of Light is a one-of-a-kind immersive evening celebrating the close of Asia Society's 70th anniversary, inspired by Diwali and the many traditions of light celebrated across Asia. For one night, all of Asia Society comes alive with music, movement, flavor, and celebration: a live DJ, an open bar, festive food and culinary offerings, henna, fortune telling, and special after-hours access to the museum. The event is presented in partnership with The Culture Tree, with special guest Anirudh Pisharody, an Indian-American actor and producer known for roles in Netflix's Never Have I Ever and 9-1-1. It is a full-building celebration of culture, community, joy, and new beginnings, bringing together people from across New York, open to ages 21+.
