About

An evening at The Paley Museum pairing a screening of the award-winning short documentary Panther Pat with a live conversation. The film, directed by Ashley Brandon, tells how Patricia Palinkas in 1970 became the first woman to play professional football, stepping onto the field for the Orlando Panthers. After the screening, two-time Super Bowl champion Eli Manning moderates a discussion with the filmmakers and Palinkas' daughters about the barriers she faced and the making of the film.
