About

Cloud Salon is a lecture series by Parsons' Design and Technology programs that invites artists, designers, technologists, and industry professionals to present projects and converse directly with participants; this edition is part of a semester focus on full-time New School faculty with creative practices at the intersection of design and technology. It features Ayodamola Tanimowo Okunseinde (ayo), a Nigerian-American artist, designer, anthropologist, and self-described time-traveler based in New York. His work spans painting, speculative design, physically interactive works, wearable technology, and explorations of "Reclamation". He holds an MFA in Design and Technology and an MA in Anthropology from The New School and teaches at Parsons.
