Buddhist offering ritual with Ven Angie Muir.

Guru Puja (Lama Chöpa) is a Buddhist ritual of making offerings to and requesting inspiration from the spiritual teacher, seen as the embodiment of the Three Jewels. It lays the whole path to enlightenment on the mindstream, connects practitioners more strongly to their teachers, accumulates merit and purifies negative karma. The session is led by Venerable Angie Muir, an ordained nun and teacher in residence at Vajrapani Institute in California who has followed Lama Zopa Rinpoche's wishes for nearly 30 years. The practice is held in person and online, and offerings of sweets, fruits, or flowers for the altar are warmly encouraged.
