Taka Kigawa: Debussy's Complete Préludes - Book I & II

A piano recital of Claude Debussy's complete Préludes, Books I and II, performed by internationally acclaimed pianist Taka Kigawa. It is Kigawa's final recital at Greenwich House Music School's current Barrow Street location, as the school prepares to move to a new location. The recital follows his recent sold-out performance of the complete Préludes at (le) Poisson Rouge, offering another chance to hear the cycle in its entirety. Audiences can hear one of his signature programs in the intimate, 120-year-old historic West Village home before the school leaves the landmark location.
