The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

A staged reading of the play The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, a queer and violent horror adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's novella. It is written by M. Hatten and James Cougar Canfield, who also co-direct. Set in 1971 San Francisco, it follows Dr. Jekyll, a physician whose serum transforms him into Edward Hyde, free to indulge his desires, as gay men begin turning up dead and suspicion closes in. It is presented as part of Tier5 Theatre Company's SPOOKYF3ST, a horror-themed new play staged reading series at The Tank.
