Ugo Rondinone, Anna Zemánková in: 30% Dandelion
Gladstone Gallery, West 21st Street 530, 10011 New York, Manhattan
About
The group exhibition "30% Dandelion" brings together more than 35 works dedicated to the dandelion, a flower humans share 30% of their genetic material with. Among the participating artists are Ugo Rondinone and Anna Zemánková, alongside many others. Curated by Katrin Bucher Trantow and Andreja Hribernik, the show explores the flower as a symbol of adaptive strength, coexistence and quiet persistence, touching on poetic, political and ecological themes. The project is part of the collaborative project BLOOM, which connects the locations of the Universalmuseum Joanneum from spring to winter 2026.
