Wander and Wonder: Labyrinth Walks for Reflection

Hunter College, Park Avenue 695, 10065 New York, Manhattan

About

Wander and Wonder: Labyrinth Walks for Reflection is an event series offering a slow, mindful walk along a winding path toward the center and back out again; unlike a maze, there are no dead ends or wrong turns. It is hosted by the Collaborative for Social Emotional Learning and Leading (C-SELL) at Hunter College, and this month's theme is "Belonging and Connection." The walk offers a simple opportunity to slow down, reflect, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, takes 10 to 15 minutes, and comes with snacks. Drop by in room W803 any time during the session; it is open to all students, faculty, and staff, whether new to labyrinth walking or experienced.
