The Tara Puja is a sung Buddhist prayer with meditation, called 'Liberation from Sorrow'. At the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Zurich, such pujas are held regularly, in which participants ask the Buddhas for help and receive their blessings. This puja includes praises to the 21 manifestations of Tara, a female Buddha whose name means 'Rescuer' and who is said to free us from fears and suffering. The praise is Sutra, the actual words of Buddha, and is considered very powerful.
