BODY SPINNERS

BODY SPINNERS is a solo exhibition of dresses by the New York-based architect, fashion designer and artist Nina Hollein. For two decades her work has explored clothing as architecture for the body and as a space where material, movement and imagination meet. The dresses on view move between fashion and sculpture: through fabric, silhouette and construction they transform proportions and open a dialogue between the body and its surroundings. Each piece is conceived, constructed and made by the artist herself and exists as a singular work.
