Stefan Lang: Buddhist concepts for psychedelic experiences.

A talk by Stefan Lang on Buddhist concepts as a framework for the preparation, navigation and integration of psychedelic experiences. Lang is a social anthropologist and authorized Buddhist Dharma teacher from Bern who has been engaged with the Center for Buddhism Bern since 2000 and leads secular Vipassana meditation retreats. The talk addresses the significance of 'set and setting' for the course and effects of psychedelic sessions and proposes secular Buddhist concepts and practices as a helpful frame of reference, since seekers in Western societies often lack such frameworks and feel disoriented.
