Cannonsoul: Patrick Bianco's band plays Cannonball Adderley.

"Cannonsoul" is a jazz concert at the SpongeBar, c/o Audiotechnik.ch in Zurich. Behind the project is the alto saxophonist Patrick Bianco, who grew up in Schwamendingen and has devoted himself and his band for many years to the music of the American saxophonist Cannonball Adderley. On stage alongside Bianco are Fabien Mary on trumpet, Dado Moroni on piano, Aldo Zunino on bass and Bernd Reiter on drums. Adderley was a fantastic improviser with outstanding technique, a "fat" sound and a wonderful feel for blues and gospel.
