Choir Workshop: Earworms for the Rich to Fall in Love With Getting Poor

A choir workshop held in English at Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst. It is led by Nicole L'Huillier, a transdisciplinary artist and researcher working between art, science and technology, and Ingo Niermann, a writer and artist based in Basel. Starting from voice, vibration and collective sonic presence, the participants develop a siren-like choir whose catchy songs could later be performed in front of villas, yachts and luxury shops to encourage change and move the wealthy to share. The workshop takes Ingo Niermann's video work Positive Terror – 7 Tutorials as its starting point and is part of a cooperation between the Shedhalle Zürich and the Migros Museum.
