Culinary Evening

Culinary Evening is a special dinner at Kongresshaus Zürich where Zurich's fine kitchens jointly create a fine-dining experience. Behind the event is the Genussregion Zürich, celebrating the city's gastronomy of past, present and future, inspired by the legendary master chef Auguste Escoffier. Renowned kitchens including Baur au Lac, The Dolder Grand and Kongresshaus serve exquisite flavours, accompanied by the singing of soprano Cinzia Zavonello. The night rounds off with a DJ, bar service, mignardises, cheese, desserts and cocktails in the foyer.
