About
«DenkFit im Zentrum» is a group memory training for people of retirement age, using playful exercises to keep the memory fit and agile. It is run by the Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Mathysweg. In a pleasant atmosphere, existing abilities are used, self-confidence is strengthened and social contacts are encouraged – with no pressure to perform or fear, even with emerging forgetfulness. It takes place with at least four participants, and registration is required.
