About

EverFit is an exercise course for older people that promotes fitness, flexibility and balance. It is run by Rheumaliga Zürich, Zug und Aargau, with a qualified specialist leading the training. The focus is on general performance and the prevention of falls: participants train fast-twitch strength, balance with dual-tasking, position changes between standing, sitting and the floor, rhythm, flexibility and coordination. Joining is possible at any time, and supplementary information plus guidance for an individual home programme round off the training.
