fitdankbaby® mini/maxi is a fitness course for mothers with babies aged 3 to 12 months. It is run by Simone Ludaescher, qualicert certified. The mothers work on their fitness while their babies are carried in a special sling on their body and enjoy age-appropriate games. The course takes place in the Grosser Saal at GZ Bachwiesen.
