About

Mama-Baby Yoga is a course for mothers with babies from 8 weeks up to crawling age. It is led by Sarah Eberz, a certified pre- and postnatal yoga teacher and physiotherapist. Gentle yoga flows, exercises for the core and pelvic floor, and soothing stretches help regain stability and confidence in the body after birth. The baby is welcome to join in, and a small, steady group of mothers offers space for movement, exchange and community.
