About

This guided tour at Kunsthaus Zürich is the ideal introduction to the exhibition IKONEN. Ausgewählte Werke der Sammlung. The museum shows well-known masterworks from its own collection alongside works that are less familiar to visitors, relating paintings, sculptures and works on paper to one another in chronological and cross-epoch dialogues. Experienced art mediators explain selected works and their historical background, opening up surprising perspectives on the collection. The group meets at the helpdesk in the Chipperfield-Bau, and an FM group tour system makes it suitable for people with hearing impairments.
