Zwischenstand. Sammlung Emil Bührle

A public guided tour of the exhibition Zwischenstand. Sammlung Emil Bührle at Kunsthaus Zürich. The tour presents the collection's history and selected artworks by Impressionists such as Claude Monet and Auguste Renoir, by modern artists such as Pablo Picasso and Marc Chagall, and from 17th-century Dutch painting. Over 200 paintings from the Stiftung Sammlung E.G. Bührle are displayed in a so-called Petersburger Hängung, the way Emil Bührle hung his private collection. For the first time, all of the collection's works can be seen together in a visible-storage overview.
