About
The International Kitchen Lab is a cooking workshop in the large kitchen of the Hirzenbach community centre, where people cook dishes from different countries together and share the meal at the end. It is run by the organisation ExpoTransKultur as a place for intercultural exchange. Participants bring their favourite recipes, discover unfamiliar cuisines and cooking techniques, and get to know one another. Every dish tells a story, and the format celebrates culinary diversity while offering a chance to practise languages.
