ORA Bar on Zähringerstrasse hosts an Italian guest shift: two bartenders from Italy mix special Italian drinks behind the bar, served alongside the usual ORA Plates. Francesco De Rosa runs Manifattura in Florence, a cocktail bar that uses exclusively Italian products. Fabio Fanni, formerly bar manager at Locale Firenze, joins from Pizza e Bar in Cagliari. It is also Marco Colelli's birthday, so no quiet night is expected and arriving early is recommended.
