Laboratorium: new music with Collegium Novum Zürich.

«Laboratorium» is a concert of contemporary music that brings experimental sound ideas to the stage. It continues the long-standing collaboration between the Collegium Novum Zürich and the Zurich University of the Arts and stands for a shared commitment to the music of our time and its young talent. At its centre are four new ensemble works by composition students, developed in multi-stage processes that were tried out, discussed and refined together with the ensemble in workshops, with the musicians' direct feedback flowing into the final form. Conducted by Zoi Tsokanou, the pieces by Wenjie Hu, Elias Jurgschat, Imke Redecker and Dominik Vogl are heard on stage for the first time.
