my sacred garden | move&meditate is an evening of meditation and free movement. Andrea Thali is behind it. Participants move from a meditation-deepened connection with their bodies and inner worlds into movement, improvising as they dance — at times quiet and intimate, at times turning with momentum like the dervishes. It is open to everyone, with or without meditation experience.
