Meditation im Rütihof, GZ Höngg

"Meditation im Rütihof" is a meditative hour in which you turn inward through your own heart, find calm, and strengthen and enjoy your own energy. It is led by Beatrice Domonell, a kindergarten teacher, mother, grandmother and consultant for psycho-energy, in cooperation with the neighbourhood work of GZ Höngg. After about 30 minutes there is room to share experiences and ask questions. No prior knowledge is needed, no registration is required and it is free of charge.
