About
3rd Echelon Theater opens its season with the premiere of "Performative Poem on Nothing/Nothingness", the first part of a theater series called "Über Feuer, Regen und Wolken". The minimalist format is devoted to fire, rain and clouds and at the same time launches the season's research direction, Non-Semiotic Theatre. It links the season's productions with Daniil Posazhennikov's research within his Early-Career-Fellowship at the Collegium Helveticum, which explores how we distinguish individual elements within a continuous process and at what point a distinction solidifies into something readable. The piece lasts about 60 minutes, is wheelchair accessible, the language is German, directed by Daniil Posazhennikov with Roman Meyer and Regina Raimjanova and Mira Tyrina performing.
