About
Pile of Songs is an intimate concert and conversation series exploring songwriting and literary influences, held surrounded by bookshelves. Each evening opens with a short conversation about songwriting and literary inspirations, followed by a live concert in this small-scale setting. The performer is Nadja Zela from Zurich, who made indie rock female with Rosebud and has become an idiosyncratic exception in alternative rock through her solo work. She thinks in albums and composes around themes, wresting from the dark sides songs that comfort without being kitschy, and celebrates the wild life of rebellious souls. Seating is limited to 20 guests.
