A public lecture within the University of Zurich's lecture series «Wahrheit und Lüge», which examines aspects of truth and lying from a transdisciplinary perspective. This session addresses Plato's so-called 'noble lie' – whether it is propaganda or true poetry – as well as self-deception as a Socratic reflection. The session is led by Dr. Edwin de Sterke and Dr. Hansueli Rüegger. It takes place in the Kollegienhaus on Rämistrasse 71.
