A wine evening with Valais winemaker Sandrine Caloz at Hotel Zürichberg, where she personally talks about her winery, her philosophy and the Valais terroir. The winemaker from Miège was named «Bio-Winzerin des Jahres» and honoured by Gault Millau as «Rookie des Jahres». She produces full-bodied, naturally made wines, combining traditional grape varieties with modern ideas. Afterwards she personally guides a free tasting of four selected wines and chats directly with the guests.
