Sunday Yoga at the Helferei is a weekly yoga class at the Kulturhaus Helferei, held every Sunday except during school holidays. It is run by Yogado; the classes combine traditional and modern styles of yoga with a focus on inner awareness, relaxation and harmonising body and mind. Movement, strengthening and mindfulness are meant to free you from everyday stress and recharge your energy. Everyone is welcome, including beginners; mats are not provided and payment is by donation.
