A public talk in the ASVZ's lecture series «Sport & …». Dr. med. Sibylle Matter Brügger, head of sports medicine at Medbase Bern Zentrum and a former Olympic athlete, examines persistent myths about women's health in sport. She takes common claims on the menstrual cycle, hormonal contraception, injuries, cycle disorders and pregnancy and tests them against current scientific findings. The event takes place in lecture hall E 7 of the ETH main building as well as online.
