Taste of Australia

«Taste of Australia» is a cooking class in which you prepare a menu from modern Australian cuisine together. The class is run by Jane of Jane Fine Food; inspired by traditional Aboriginal ingredients and today's food cultures from city and Outback, varied dishes with character are created. Selected spices as well as matching wines, beers and spirits accompany the cooking, and afterwards you enjoy the food together at Jane's table. The class lasts about four hours and the recipes are included.
