A-TRANE PRESENTS DAY1: Lily Dahab «COLOURFUL LATIN AMERICAN MODERN MUSIC» PREVIEWING NEW SONGS BEFORE THE RELEASE FEAT: Bene Aperdannier-Carlos Corona-Max Hughes-Rolo Rodriguez

A live concert by singer Lily Dahab and her band at the A-Trane jazz club in Berlin. The charismatic singer from Buenos Aires previews new songs from her upcoming album and opens up the fan of colourful Latin American music far beyond her native Argentina, also with rhythms from Peru, Venezuela, Mexico and Chile. With her partner and pianist Bene Aperdannier, Carlos Corona on guitar, Max Hughes on bass and Rolo Rodriguez on percussion, she links tango, Argentine folklore, samba, flamenco and bossa nova with jazz and her own originals in her unique way. With three albums and more than 330 concerts – including two sold-out evenings in the chamber music hall of the Berlin Philharmonie – her quartet has built up a large following.
