Artemis: jazz quintet with Renee Rosnes and Ingrid Jensen.

Artemis is a quintet of five of contemporary jazz's most distinguished musicians, featuring Renee Rosnes on piano, Ingrid Jensen on trumpet, Nicole Glover on tenor saxophone, Noriko Ueda on bass and Allison Miller on drums. Canadian pianist Renee Rosnes founded the band in 2017, and what began as a collaborative concert project has grown into a working band with a distinctive musical identity. Their modern jazz, deeply rooted in the post-bop tradition, combines sophisticated compositions, powerful swing and improvisational freedom. Three albums on the Blue Note label, including 2025's “Arboresque”, and being voted “Jazz Group of the Year” by DownBeat readers from 2023 to 2025 testify to their standing.
