About
On Saturday evening, the Wohnzimmer hosts a live concert presented by N.E.S.T.A. The guests are the collective ‘ala bab allah, a group of SWANA musicians formed in Berlin in 2025 that explores the intersection of tradition and experimentation. Their music moves between structured compositions and improvisational performance, drawing on Arabic fusions. Their name is a common Egyptian expression loosely meaning “on God’s doorstep”, speaking of spontaneity, openness, and humility.
