About
The Bacchus Cocktailworkshop is a mixing class presenting cocktails from classic to molecular cuisine. Behind the event is Bacchus, a provider combining enjoyment, creativity and modern mixology into tailor-made bar and drinks concepts. Inspired by place, occasion and atmosphere, the drinks play with conventions and reinterpret classic bar culture. The workshop tells a journey through the history of the cocktail via the techniques that shaped it.
