About
"Barista-Kurs Komplett" is a comprehensive barista course for a small group of up to eight participants with no prior knowledge needed. It is run by Godshot, a Berlin coffee provider, for home baristas and hospitality staff. The course covers making espresso on lever machines – from grind setting and dosing to tamping and cleaning – as well as latte art with fine-pored milk foam and free-poured motifs such as heart and leaf. Participants can ask questions, watch different methods and taste the finished drinks.
