Barista-Kurs Kompakt (am Sonntag/Feiertag)

A compact barista course where the right techniques for good espresso and milk foam are taught in a purely hands-on practice workshop. It is run by Godshot, the coffee shop behind the offering; participants practise grinding, portioning and tamping as well as espresso preparation to SCAE standard and making wonderfully fine-pored, creamy milk foam. The three-hour workshop is aimed at beginners and advanced learners who want to learn or deepen the craft of a barista, and is limited to up to eight participants. Several machines from ECM and Ascaso are available; instead of cow's milk the substitute "BCB" from Canada is mostly used, and vegan alternatives are also available.
