A three-hour hands-on workshop where participants learn the right techniques for good espresso and milk foam. The course is run by Godshot, whose instructors cover correct grinding, dosing and tamping as well as espresso preparation to SCAE standard and wonderfully fine-pored, creamy milk foam. It is aimed at beginners and advanced learners, several machines from ECM and Ascaso are available, and up to eight people can take part. For sustainability reasons almost no cow's milk is wasted, with the substitute "BCB" from Canada mostly used instead, and vegan alternatives are also available.
