About
The two-day festival „Bauhaus Music“ is devoted to the idea of synaesthesia and invites audiences to experience sound, colour, space, body and movement anew. It is staged by the Bauhaus-Archiv Museum für Gestaltung in cooperation with the Kultur Büro Elisabeth. The concert programme of musical modernism moves between avant-garde, classical music, experiment and jazz, accompanied by workshops. Works by composers such as Wagner, Wolpe, Schönberg, Messiaen and Duke Ellington are performed, among others by Guy Braunstein, Karl-Heinz Steffens and Yu Kosuge.
