A public workshop that explores colors, sounds and movement in practice. It builds on the ideas of Gertrud Grunow, who taught at the Bauhaus and whose theory of harmonization combined color, sound and movement into a bodily experience. The concept and delivery are by Stefanie Althaus, Lisa Rocke and Delphina Wedell. No prior knowledge is needed, just an appetite for movement.
