About
The opening gala celebrates the start of the double exhibition „BAUHAUS x Redesigndeutschland“ at the Deutsches Design Museum. There the museum brings Bauhaus masterpieces from the Ulrich Fiedler collection into dialogue with works by the Berlin office Redesigndeutschland, which oriented itself on the Bauhaus in its formal rigour. Two anniversaries are the occasion: 100 years ago the Bauhaus opened its school building in Dessau, and 25 years ago Redesigndeutschland opened its premises in Berlin. Admission to the gala is free.
