About
„Das Spiel vom Heiligen Martin“ is a sacred play about Saint Martin, performed by the Kurrende des Staats- und Domchores Berlin and the Mädchenchor 2 der Sing-Akademie zu Berlin. It is based on „Le Mystère de Saint Martin“ by Andrieu de la Vigne (1496), newly arranged by Anserium Gänserich (2017), with music by Georg Forster. Gudrun Gierszal and Johanna Walch conduct the work, and Domprediger Stefan Scholpp gives an address. Admission is free, singing along is welcome – a lantern should be brought along; afterwards a lantern procession takes place in the Lustgarten.
